Refund & cancellation
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on professional reporting engagements with Reasonpanelcore Co., Ltd.

Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Reasonpanelcore Co., Ltd. for reporting engagements, cohort reviews, visualization commissions, and monthly retainers described on this site. This policy does not cover third-party software licenses or tools you purchase separately.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@reasonpanelcore.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation before kickoff, or a delivery dispute after a milestone).
Deposits and fixed-scope work
The 40% deposit on fixed-scope engagements is refundable in full if you cancel in writing before the kickoff call and before we receive client data. After kickoff or after first data intake, the deposit covers preparation already performed and is non-refundable. Remaining invoices are due only for work completed; unused future phases may be cancelled with written notice.
Visualization commissions
The initial 50% commission payment is refundable if we have not started draft plates. Once drafts are delivered, that portion is non-refundable. The final 50% is due on delivery; if you cancel mid-revision, we invoice for plates completed to date.
Monthly retainers
Retainers billed in advance are refundable on a pro-rata basis for full unused weeks when cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the next cycle. Partial weeks already scheduled for a refresh are non-refundable.
Work already started
Hours and analysis completed before cancellation are chargeable at the agreed engagement rate. Source materials and interim drafts produced to that point may be delivered as-is without a further workshop.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Kickoff or review workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge with 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for booked workshops may forfeit that session without extending the engagement at no cost.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require additional details for Thai domestic accounts.
