Data we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, optional service selection, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and subscription datasets you supply for reporting work. Server logs may record technical visit data such as IP address and browser type.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned reporting work, maintain client records, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Thailand.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records and contractual documents are kept for the period required by Thai commercial and tax rules, typically up to seven years. Analytics cookies, if accepted, follow the durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with hosting or email providers acting as processors, or when required by law. Client subscription datasets remain confidential and are used only for the agreed engagement.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If a processor stores data in another country, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.
